What is Groher?

 Groher (grō -hur): A Mentoring & Coaching Journey is a six-month virtual mentoring and coaching program designed to transform the lives of women 18 and older, by helping them embark on a journey of self-discovery. A virtual group approach is used as we aim to help women grow and experience a sense of hope for their future. Each woman will attend one group session with her cohort each month. During these sessions, women will get the chance to do the following:

• learn about their strengths and areas of opportunity
• begin uncovering their purpose
• develop personal mission statements
• learn practical ways to put their purpose in action
• build meaningful relationships with other women
